What is the Monterey Skyline Pickleball Ladder? The ladder involves 9 games, with players switching partners each game. Your performance after every 3 games determines whether you move up, move down, or stay in your current ladder position. Weekly points contribute to your club ranking. If all 4 players in a game agree, the club can also input scores on DUPR.
Who Can Participate? Open to non-members and members of all levels.
How Does it Work? Participants' spots in the Monterey Skyline Pickleball Ladder will be initially determined based on their positioning from previous weeks, followed by DUPR, and then self-rating of their playing ability.
This ensures that players have a fair starting point based on their self-assessed skill level and the chance to progress upwards based on their performance and dedication to improving their game.
